WHERE IS THE RALLY LOCATION…???
We often receive inquiries about the rally location. The Wailin' Wayne Weekend takes place on property owned by Hocking College. The best address to input into your GPS is:
3301 Hocking Pkwy, Nelsonville, OH 45764
The rally is situated directly across from the Hocking College campus in a spacious field—you can't miss it once you arrive at the college!
DO I HAVE TO BUY A TICKET TO VISIT A FRIEND/VENDORS/DEMOS
Yes, even if your intention is simply to catch up with a friend, browse through the vendors, or test out one of the factory demo bikes, a ticket must be purchased.

Introducing the "WALKABOUT" Ticket – this pass grants you 4 hours to explore and “walkabout” Wailin Wayne.
DO I HAVE TO BUY A TICKET IF I'M NOT RIDING OR EATING
YES! There are a few reasons why purchasing a ticket is necessary:

Insurance Requirements: Everyone on the event grounds must register.

Event Costs: There are direct expenses involved in organizing the rally, including insurance, field rental, campsite fees, plus the costs for tents, chairs, tables, and Porta-Johns…ect… Thank you for understanding!
When Does Online Registration End ?
Online registration will officially close once we hit our attendance limit of 800 participants. After August 15th, options for online registration will be limited—meals and T-shirts will no longer be available. The only online ticket option available at that time will be the FAT FREE & NAKED Ticket.

CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE GATE…???
YES! BUT… If we sellout (800) gate tickets will NOT be available… If we don't sellout, the only ticket available for purchase at the gate is the FAT FREE & NAKED Ticket… This ticket does not include Meals or a T- Shirt and Primitive Camping is the only option when purchasing a ticket at the gate.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A WAYNE NATIONAL FOREST TRAIL PASS?
YES!... If you're planning to ride the trails in Wayne National Forest, obtaining a trail pass is necessary. Some of the Follow-Me Ride options also require a WNF Pass. There is a vendor onsite selling passes, you can order them online, or buy them from local vendors.
WHAT ARE MY FOOD OPTIONS?
There are numerous delicious food choices available at Wailin Wayne. Depending on your ticket selection, both breakfast and dinner are included. Additionally, you can indulge in tasty dishes from the onsite food truck. Relive your college days by dining at the Hocking College cafeteria, you can prepare one of your favorite recipes, or selecting from a variety of local eateries.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Yes, you can get a refund ONLY if you select the “PURCHASE PROTECTION PROGRAM” during registration... For those who request a refund but DID NOT select the Purchase Protection Program, Wailin Wayne will only be offering vouchers for future rallies, provided that the request is made at least 20 days prior to the rally's start date.

Are There Rider's Meetings About Follow-Me Rides…???
YES…!!! Each morning, we host a Required (Please) rider’s meeting. During this gathering, we provide daily updates on trail and road conditions, assist in connecting everyone with the daily Follow-Me ride groups, and share updates on the event schedule. Please make sure to attend!
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A Beer Mug To Drink In The Beer Garden?
Each year WWW chooses a couple charities to support through donations made in the Beer Garden. $20 Beer Mug Allows You into the Broken Sprocket Beer Garden & Draft Beers Each Night of Wailin Wayne. Diamond Brewery a locally owned producer of craft beer and spirits, will proudly be providing 4 of their tastiest brews.
How Do I Reserve My Campsite At Wailin Wayne?
Campsites… When you "check-in" at WWW, RV campsites will be provided and assigned to you... Primitive camping is available in designated areas throughout the event site, you can choose your campsite. If you purchased a Boondocking site, you will be able to choose your site once you check in.
Are There Showers At Wailin Wayne?
YES… Showers Are Available… NEW this year, there will be an 8 Stall Shower Trailer onsite… There are also showers available directly across the street from the event site in the Sports Complex from 8am-8pm. For those "Outdoorsy" wild campers, there are 3 hot water heater “Wild Showers” onsite.

Are Camp Fires Allowed At Wailin Wayne?
Camp Fires are allowed as long as they are self contained "above ground" fires at your campsite. There is a large community bonfire each night.
Will THERE BE A FOOD TRUCK AVAILABLE ONSITE?
Onsite Food Truck… Jamey Galik, the culinary wizard behind The Rusty Knot Food Truck-lovingly dubbed The Roach Coach-is rolling in to dish out hearty breakfasts and dinners this year.
If I'm attending a rider training class do I need to register for the rally?
Yes, participating in rider training classes with one of the trainers does not include your event registration. You must register for the rally to be eligible to sign up for rider training.
I'm a novice rider. Will there be rides suitable for me?
We were all beginners once, and we have a variety of enjoyable routes and rides tailored for beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders, along with several Follow-Me rides designed specifically for newer riders. Additionally, there are multiple motorcycle training schools on-site offering classes that could greatly benefit riders, particularly those just starting out.
